All registrations are subject to the approval of the organizers.
Entry Restriction: Children below 12 years of age are not allowed inside the exhibition halls for safety reasons.
This badge is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
In case of fraudulent use, the badge may be confiscated and a penalty imposed along with strict action.
Your badge will be checked at each entrance and exit.
Visitors are required to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation.
In case of a lost badge, a new badge must be purchased or a replacement can be obtained at Gate No. 1.
Personal/business identification with a photograph must be carried at all times.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission at their discretion, even if the visitor's badge has already been issued.
The organizers accept no liability for personal injuries sustained or loss/damage to property belonging to anyone.
The organizers reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend entry to the event for security or other reasons as deemed necessary.
Visitors agree that the organizers shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims, damages, or actions — civil or criminal — arising from their participation in the event.
Disclaimer: The organizers do not take any responsibility for the loss or misplacement of goods, materials, or personal belongings of visitors or exhibitors. Visitors and participants are advised to remain vigilant and take care of their possessions at all times.
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation / Refund Policy: All passes, once issued, are non-transferable and cannot be upgraded, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.
Force Majeure: If the Event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organisers (a “Force Majeure Event”) or due to events not caused by any wrongful intent or gross negligence of the Organisers, the Organisers shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred by You. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation, accommodation, additional orders, or financial losses of any kind.
Organisers’ Discretion in Force Majeure Cases: In the event of a Force Majeure, the Organisers reserve the right to either:
Retain the entire registration fee and apply it towards a future event; or
Refund the registration fee after deducting unrecoverable costs already incurred by the Organisers.
No Refunds for Non-attendance: No refunds will be provided for cancellation or non-attendance by visitors, partners, exhibitors, delegates, or speakers.
